NATURE & ME - Jacob Ballas Children's Garden Carnival 2008

DEBBlinks conducted 6 drama workshops at the Jacob Ballas Children's Garden Carnival 2008 on Saturday, 9 November. Children were engaged in a 45-min drama workshop centred on good etiquette in relating to nature and cultivating respect for plants and all living things. The children were given roles as creatures of the garden and these creatures educated various visitors at the garden on how to care for their garden, their home.

Creatures of the garden gather and discover litter left by picnic visitors. A squirrel falls sick from eating the unsightly litter.
